It is an a la carte bbq restaurant that has been opened for just 2 years. Great service, food, and atmosphere! This is a must place to eat and support local eateries. Great deals on beverages and food. You have to enjoy places that started off in a food truck and got so popular they opened up a restaurant.

First time experience that was beyond what was expected. Owner greeted us in a very friendly manner and explained the menu and how they prepare their meats. He shared they've been in the BBQ bushes for years and decided to pursue a brick and mortar location. I decided to try a few different things, so I went with the brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, and their "Texas Twinkies," a jalapeño stuffed with their brisket and wrapped in bacon. The brisket was very nicely smoked and lean, yet juicy. The pulled pork (though not my go-to for BBQ) was amazing! So juicy, even without sauce, and extremely flavorful! The pork ribs (my go-to for BBQ) were one of the best I've ever had. I even expressed to the owner that I'm not sure how they get the meat to absorb that much flavor! The Texas Twinkie is simply a must when you visit, since words couldn't possibly describe all the flavors. I'm not big on spicy food, but it was mild and very delicious and juicy inside and crispy outside. The corn pudding reminded me of the south and some of the great BBQ places you begin reaching when you drive down to lower states. The environment is very welcoming, and they did a truly amazing job remodeling an old building in Winchester. They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, happy hour, love music, karaoke, ladies night, and even catering, including with their food truck. This is definitely a new addition to my foodie stops for the area! I cannot wait to return and try the fried catfish, the beef ribs (unfortunately I didn't realized they had them until I was leaving), the cheese curds, and a few other desserts, since I only got the cowboy cookie (which you will regret not trying it!). Honestly a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Tried this BBQ place today for lunch. Did not disappoint. Got greeted as we went in and were told about the special of the day. We got some pulled pork (with bun), brisket (with Texas toast), potato salad and Mac and cheese. They have a little sauce station were they had utensils, sauces and pickles.Everything was delicious.I really liked the interior of the place too.I would definitely return for some good BBQ.The place is wheelchair accessible.

This is my first time here and the food is outstanding. I’ve been all over the US, and this is true southern food. The owner is from TX. The meat was cooked just right, and corn pudding was great. The second photo is called a “Fried Twinkie” a jalapeño brisket wrapped with cream cheese and bacon. I liked the food no doubt about it, though the Price is pricey. They charge you by the pound. I’m not complaining, but I believe they should implement a side and serve platters. Great food and friendly service!

As a Texan, I’ve had a lot of BBQ, and I genuinely believe this is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. It can match up to any BBQ joint in Texas.I didn’t know that to expect with the sweet tea turkey but it was excellent. The Texas Twinkie was amazing and had a huge kick to it too. The corn pudding was my favorite though. We live in DC but will definitely come back to Winchester just for this.

Our first time here. AMAZING. Definitely recommended. The chicken, pork and sausage were so perfectly smoked. And as a bonus, they have beers on draft and they also do mixed drinks. I love finding these hidden gems.

This is the absolute most amazing BBQ around. Mike is an amazing guy and prepares the food himself, very personable and takes the time to make sure the food is what you expect. True hospitality at it's finest. We feel this BBQ beats all other local BBQ. It is worth the money spent. It's a small atmosphere with a small gravel parking lot in the back, but totally worth checking out if you've never been.
